We want to hear your memories. Complete the form below to submit yours, and we'll be in touch soon.
We are seeking photographs, memories and stories about your time spent in Northumberland Heath across the years, that capture the essence and vibrant history of the area to be included in an exhibition celebrating the past and present of the area as part of Northumberland Heath: Now & Then. Nothing’s too big or small! We want to know it all.

About the Exhibition:

Northumberland Heath: Now & Then is a festival showcasing art, heritage and community connection. A community-generated exhibition will celebrate the rich past and present of Northumberland Heath by weaving together personal narratives, photographs, and cherished memories submitted by locals past and present. Through this exhibition, we will create a collective portrait of the area and the people who have lived, worked and built their lives here.

About Northumberland Heath: Now & Then:

Testimonials

During the most challenging circumstances of a generation the guys went out of their way to make sure an exhibition happened. As an artist this gave me something to focus on and work towards. Gallery no.32 offers artists a valuable platform. Their support is a constant and capable presence in a wonderfully ego free environment." – Patrick Colhoun

Thank you for providing such a unique opportunity. I love that the exhibition may also be experienced by viewers who wouldn't normally enter the gallery space. I met so many people just wandering by during install, asking questions about the work and excited to come back. It's great to have something so accessible and free to all. – Marie-Louise Jones

Challenge allows your practice to progress. I feel so lucky to have met curators like Meg and Kieran who are sourcing unusual exhibition spaces for artists. After two years with limited access to spaces Gallery No.32 are finding new ways to support artists. I had such a wonderful experience working with them and I hope to be able to continue working together in the future. – Tere Chad

I was impressed by the professionalism of the installation arrangements, publicity and catalogue. My work was seen by a group in Amsterdam, who have since offered me a residency and a place in their exhibition later this year. Some friends who live locally, raved how the show inspired and provoked discussion among their grandchildren. They visited twice. – Nicola Turner

What a pleasure it was to meet Megan and Kieran, an unstoppable force in the midst of lockdown, generous with their time and space and supportive throughout the WSP show. They have reshaped the notion of a Sculpture Park in their own name as a place for all. – Cat Robertson
